Job Shunter Driver, Hucknall under Huthwaite

Shunter / Loader Night Shift | Huthwaite | £14.54ph + Overtime at £21ph

Location: Huthwaite
Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30pm – 5:00am
Pay: £14.54 per hour | Overtime at £21.00 (after 40 hours)

VTA Recruitment is proud to be hiring on behalf of a highly respected company based in Huthwaite, specialising in active, temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and surgeries across the UK. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Shunter / Loader to join their night team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shunting HGV vehicles and backing onto loading bays
• Manual Handling of goods
• General warehouse duties including goods in/out
• Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the shift
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to details

Requirements:

• Previous experience with C1, C or C+E licence (essential)
• Shunting experience (required)
• Full, valid UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (Insurance requirement)
• Comfortable with physical work and securing loads
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to assist across departments
• Available to start immediately
